Benefits of Joining the TrulyRichClub (TRC)

Is joining the TrulyRichClub worth the monthly fee?  This is the common question of most of my non-TRC friends whenever I'm encouraging them to invest and make TRC one of their mentors.  One of my friends asked: if I pay Php10/month on membership (example only), will I be able to gain back the amount i paid on the same month by following TRC's guidance? My answer was a Yes and a No.These are some of my personal views on this matter.

First, we cannot compare something real time versus long term. What do I mean? Proper investing is a journey that takes time for your money to grow, TRC's strategy is for long term (10-20 years!). It is not a get-rich-quick scheme.

Second, there are mutual benefits. It's a Win-Win situation. By being a member I get to read, listen and watch a bunch of wisdom-rich material for Spiritual and Financial growth. I Receive!. And at the same time, portion of the membership fee I am paying is used to fund the different ministries and charity institutions spearheaded by Bro. Bo Sanchez. I Give!. It is in giving that we receive.

By joining the TRC you will receive the following blessings:
1. Bo's "Power Talk" - monthly, 2 most powerful inspirational messages of Bro. Bo in MP3 ready for download. It covers different areas of life.
2. "Success Mentors Collection" - quarterly recorded MP3 copy of Bro. Bo's interviews with successful people or the best of the best.
3. Wealth Strategies - emailed monthly, brief techniques and principles helpful on financial life.
4. GodWhispers - daily email of spiritual messages.
5. Ebook of "How To Conquer Your Goliath" - 7 keys to overcome every problem that prevent you from reaching your dreams.
6. Ebook of "How to Turn Thoughts Into Things" - use the law of the harvest to fulfil the desires of your heart from reaching your dreams.
7. Ebook of "My Maid Invests In The Stock Market and Why You Should Too".

8. Stocks update monthly or as needed - a guide on what are the good companies to buy, sell and hold shares using TRC's strategy.
9. Earn passive income by being Bro. Bo's affiliate in the TrulyRichClub.

On a side note, you can always cancel your membership anytime you want.

And by joining the club you share your blessings to the following ministries of Bro. Bo Sanchez and LOJ Family:

"At the end of our lives, we will not be judged by how many diplomas we have received, how much money we have made or how many great things we have done. We will be judged by 'I was hungry and you gave me to eat. I was naked and you clothed me. I was homeless and you took me in'."  - Mother Teresa

Penguin Island Western Australia

Before the year 2013 ends, me and my travel buddies decided to have a taste of cruise this time. No, its not a ship cruise but it's just a glass bottom boat cruise to Penguin Island. It is a 45-minute adventure cruise departing from the Safety Bay shore passing by Seal Island (home of sea lions) and other minute islands as habitat of diverse wildlife. Ferry is departing hourly and we took the 9:15am trip just in time for the Penguin feeding time at 10:30 am.

That's us just disembarked from the ferry! All are really excited! (photo credit: Bhogs Arroyo Marmol)
The ticketing office is just 5 minutes trip to the Penguin Island if the boat goes straight away to the island without the cruise.

During the cruise we got to see groups in Kayak tour, kite boarding, and playful dolphins.

The Seal Island is where you can see the Sea lions. What is a group of Sea Lions called? According to our tour guide it's a COLONY. The female are called cows and the male are called bulls. Our tour guide said male and female sea lions doesn't stay together. The male sea lions swim towards the female colony during mating season only. But they will leave behind  the female sea lions after impregnating them (Gosh! So irresponsible father. hahaha!).

Penguin Island does not only house penguins. We have encountered several species of birds in the area. Among these are pelicans, terns, and cormorants and sea gulls. How do you call a group of Pelicans? It's a SQUADRON according to our tour guide.

When I was a kid all I knew is that penguins only reside in icy or snowy places and with sizes taller than human. In this place, Penguin Island in Safety Bay, the penguins fall into the category of "Little penguins", the smallest among all the kinds pf penguins in the world. The height, on my estimate, is less than a feet tall. Penguins are seabirds that don't fly. They grow their new set of feathers yearly through the process called "moulting". During moulting penguins are not water proof so they have to stay in the land during those times.

We saw penguins under big rocks.
We saw penguins also beneath the stairs along the trail.

The Penguin Island offers wide range of activities for the family like swimming, trekking, and picnic. Picnic tables are available in the area but bringing a beach tent and mat would also be a good idea. Be sure to bring packed lunch and picnic foods as you won't see any resto or coffee shop in the island. And also don't forget to bring your swimming attire, trekking attire and trash bags (as you will be asked to bring back with you all trashes to the mainland). Soap and dipper is also a must to bring since there are no shower areas for those who want to take shower after the swimming in the beach, but toilets and few water faucets are available.

Expect spectacular  breathtaking views while you trek the island trail! We really enjoyed the blue waters and the blue calming and relaxing sky.

Wow! That was such an invigorating adventure at the Penguin Island. Fresh air, fantastic view, and with good friends. What more can you ask for?

The Historic Town of York Western Australia (With stop over at John Forrest National Park & Lake Leschenaultia)

Christmas 2013 and New Year 2014 is the first time that we are celebrating it away from our little boy Jaron. To keep our minds preoccupied and make  our holiday vacation busy and enjoyable amidst being away from our loved ones we decided to explore the beauty of Australia and went to places we've never been to. We headed to York Western Australia (named after the city of York in England) with a little bit of side trip along the way.

1st Stop: John Forrest National Park viewing deck
The deck is located at the middle of the forest through road and is overviewing the picturesque and beautiful City Of Perth.

My travel buddies.

The tallest tiny little buildings you see is where the Perth City is.

2nd Stop: Lake Leschenaultia
I really had a hard time pronouncing and remembering this lake's name. It sounds like "leche nuttella". Easier to remember. Hahaha!. The parking area is quite full when we arrived. December is a summer season here in Perth so all picnic tables were already occupied as expected.

My travel buddies.

3rd Stop: York Olive Oil Co.
From the name itself, the company is an extraction plant for olive oil. Aside from the olive oil extraction, ice cream is also being made within the premises.

To satiate our craving for freezing food and to ease the summer heat, we indulged ourselves with different ice cream flavors they market. The ice creams are made from natural ingredients they say. And the liquorice-flavored ice cream has won an award in the 2013 Perth Royal Show.

Surrounding the olive oil extraction plant is the olives plantation.

My first time to see Olive trees!

Leaves of olive trees up-close.

4th Stop: Heritage Buildings of York
This place reminds me of the rich old heritage of Vigan Ilocos Norte in the Philippines. The buildings were finely architectured. The York Motor Museum is home for vintage cars. Unfortunately, we were not able to view the car collections as the museum closes at 2 pm.

York Town Hall.

5th Stop: St. Patrick's Catholic Church in York
There is a belief that if you make a wish when it's your first time to visit a Church it will come true. I just made wishes! And I claim that they will be granted sooooon! God is good all the time!
Front view of the Church.

6th Stop: Suspension bridge in York crossing Avon River
The suspension bridge wobbles as you walk through it which gives more excitement and fun. I did it! I was able to walk across it!There is a car park at both ends of the bridge and the kid's playground, picnic tables, toilets and barbeques nearby make it perfect for family getaways.

Avon river.

Do I look fearful? or Audacious?

7th Stop: Mount Brown Lookout
When we were at the top of Mount Brown I was astonished with the magnificent, breathtaking scenery plus the relaxing breeze of cold air brushing through my system. The place is so perfect as picnic site for green-scenery-lovers like me. The parking area is just few steps below the viewing deck.
I'm on top of the world!

The sky is so blue!

This is the fantastic view when you are looking down from the top of Mount Brown.

Looking forward for another fun experience with my travel buddies.
